He is instrumental in building our company from the scratch and has been one of the pillars for our decade long success. His advice helped us a lot to build the nursery into a wholesome agri planting materials and services firm. He is now playing a key role as a strategic and planning advisor to scale up our business and build our brand in South India.
His core competencies are conducting effective rural campaigns and sales & marketing with high lead conversions. Expertise in agricultural extension services and served more than 10 years in farmers relationship management. Handled business analysis, product development, piloting and testing further driving for more adoption of ICT based tools and platforms across India and Philippines. He possesses considerable knowledge in banking and Agricultural finance management. He has vast experience in hand holding and mentoring of Farmer Producer organisations on farmer mobilisation, backward integration, production systems management, establishment of value addition units and business development cum forward integration.
